    Taking the Giants tomorrow
Atlanta Braves should be getting off the plane in a couple of hours without Chipper Jones. Why Giants are dogs I have no idea especially when you have a player of Jones caliber missing. I see Atlanta coming out slow and motivated in this one lock in the price here.

I think Hudson starts the year strong. Sanchez has talent but he's still a question mark. I'm passing myself but I'm interested to see how it plays out.

Taylor, I'm with you. It's an afternoon game here in the Bay Area too, even more reason for me to like the Giants.

Some Giants have had some pretty good career success against Hudson too. Huff is 7-17, Rowand 7-15, and DeRosa 3-6.

Dosent mean anything if the team is too tired to provide run support.

Nice! Born and raised in the City myself, still live there got a few friends from Berkeley too, great f'n town. Nothin like havin Top Dogs after partying late night out there.

As for the post I think the Giants win the series against the Braves. They are a solid squad but the books know everyone is on their jocks a lot of value going against the Braves right now.

I'll be at the game. Hope the Giants win. They usually don't do so well against the Braves. I don't know about putting money on Sanchez yet. He should be the 5th starter in my opinion.

Nice man. Nothing like the Bay Area, best place to live.

Not a Giants fan (huge A's fan), but I think SF has a good team this season. With the Braves traveling across the country, Day game, Chipper out, and the Giants having a day off- my play is easily going to be San Francisco.

Top Dogs is awesome too, just actually walked by one of them a half hour ago.

With you on both. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Atlanta come out slow and have a very tough time scoring runs.

I was thinking about the under too, but am going to hold off.

SF is going to be fresh with a day off (3-0) they are cooking with fire, and scored 10 runs themselves in their last game on Wed.

I do not want to be on the other side of the SF bats.

yea im not all together sold on there offense , sure they beat up on the stros but my guess is hou gonna make a lot of teams look good...think Hudson going to be solid this year and although his overall numbers against SF arnt very good his last 3 against them has been much better

                                                      Not a big difference.
Sanchez numbers in the 2nd half of 2009 were light years better than the 1st half

Also, Sanchez had a great spring....I believe he had 11 K's over 6 IP in his last spring start

Almost everyone will be on Giants tonight and I will be pissed if Braves pull this one.

On average, that may be true....but I believe that is very important for Sanchez b/c it has always been a confidence thing with him

His confidence has always been what has been holding him back plus his shaky mechanics

Righetti (pitching coach) has Sanchez straightened out....only Sanchez's BB's & overall consistent control of the strike zone can hold him back now
