stupid line changes

I was puting a parlay together and I threw in the Bulls ML at -140 and hit submit. The lines changes to -190 in a matter of seconds. Fine, I'm thorwing it into a 5 teamer so I confirm the bet and hit submit again.... the line changes to -200.

It went from -140 to -200 in a matter of seconds.
