Question about "PK" in Soccer

If I was to take the Liverpool Goals PK at +1.5 what would this mean.
I always thought PK meant dead heat and there is no spread, this confuses me as I am not familiar with it.
Would be grateful if a soccer expert could explain, thanks.

No soccer expert, but PK means you can get a push if you take the bet. With Moneylines you need to win or you lose. With PK a tie will get your money back.

It must be a bad line. The pk line for Liverpool should be around -400 since the ML is -160. The +1.5 if it exists should be -800 or worse.

The Liverpool line is bad. They should not lose by 2 goals at home. I wish SBR would pay it out though.
