#4That sucks HB. I'm surprised you didn't at least c&p the ticket number into something like notepad at least. I think Remmy said it best above in regards to using the SBR screen shot tool, because you will always have some type of recourse if there are any disputes of this nature in the future.Comment -

#7it took me a minute to figure out the SBR screen shot tool, i had to figure out where the pictures were going, so i could locate them, but after i figured that out, its pretty cool. i just wish it didn't save it at such a large file, my shots are always over 1 MB, seems like they should be only 75-100KB. but oh well, it was free.Comment -

HB, I would suggest filling out a complaint form with your details and everything. However without a ticket number, it's probably impossible to make a case on your behalf.Comment -

#13not pulling them out yet BBD but I also have an account with bookmaker. I filed the complaint with SBR a little while ago I also filed a complaint with uwager this morning. You know what sucks BBD is I've always touted them at SBR as a quick paying no hassle book. Even though they have B rating I was always fine with them. goes to show you NEVER TRUST A BOOK no matter how good. Always cya cover your ASS.Comment -

#18I've seen quite a few instances when a player thought he had a bet, but didn't. In almost every case, they player messed up th confirmation and didn't notice.
Most books can tell you exactly what you "almost" bet, and where it failed. You have to get to IT for that though.Comment -

#20Bill, i don't know about or what the ".net version" is. it saves them in a bitmap image, and there usually like 1.8mb. maybe i haven't played around with it enough, maybe there is a way i can change it to a jpeg or something.Comment -
