    Two baseball totals for today
    Braves - Cubs under 8.5

We have probably the two teams best pitchers facing each other tonight based on last year's performances. Randy Wells was superb against the Braves last year almost no hitting them the first time he faced them and he has been very good in spring training. Tommy Hanson never faced the Cubs and was also very good in spring training. The weather will be about in the 50's during the game which is about 30 degrees cooler than the first two games with a north wind which will help the balls not carry over.

    Whitesox - Indians under 8.5

This game may not be played but it case it does will be in the mid 30's with possible snow flurries and a north wind which will make it unconfortable for the players at the plate. Masterson was superb in his last start at Chicago last year shutting out the Sox with 12K. I saw Floyd on his last exibition game last Friday vs the Braves and he looked pretty good. First two games ended under and I don't see how this game can have many runs either.

    Record is 2-1 this year.

good luck..... nice hit on the sox under last night

Hanson is a stud.... I'm hoping that Wells can just come close to what he did last year.... not bad for a former minor league catcher converted into a pitcher

Thanks Archie. I was watching the game last night on MLB.tv and everyone at the stands was wearing hoodies and was bundled up. Tonight is expected to be even colder in Chicago.

How was the game last night?

Game was ok, we weren't as cold as we thought we would be.... got as low as 38 on the stadium scoreboard and as high as 44, than back down again... stayed dry though.

had 5 foul balls within 15 feet of me. I've never gotten a foul ball after hundreds of games, and all I wanna do is catch ONE and then just hand it to the closest little fan nearby..... its just a fukin ball, adults knock people over for them...but then who cares... kids are the ones that will enjoy/treasure them.

weather here is pretty dreary again.... Konerko is seeing the ball real well, otherwise the Sox hitters don't look comfortable at the plate yet. Bullpen is shaky too, Peavy was extremely unimpressive... he will have an ERA of between 4.40 and 5.00 this year
