I would be ok with bringing up
Richmond
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton
Pawtuckett
Portland or Vancouver out west
To stop teams from throwing games for the club they are connected with is send them to other league

I think the big difference here in the US is most of the stadiums are owned by the cities who fund the stadiums via sales tax and MLB doesn't own the properties so they can't literally kick teams out of the league for a year or two.
