Billy can try to exhaust his appeals and get out that way but that could take years.. At his age that could still be a death sentence and no guarantees he'll be exonerated with appeals either..

I say he disappears.. Has family and kids and they help him escape America...

I guarantee you , he will not spend one day in Prison. I can see him committing suicide or dying before this happens. No way in hell he is going to live in Prison. I would bet on this.
