Masters' wagers w/out Tiger. Were they cancelled? Thrown out?

For any wager that excludes the favorite, you're paying a really high price, IMHO. I seem to recall Mickelson was about 12-1 with Tiger and about 5-1 without Tiger, just too much difference for my taste.
