made a wager, while the game was going on, i noticed they listed the wrong opposing team. called in and they cancelled my bet, it showed up on my transaction menu right away. that is speedy customer service. that is why you really need a sportsbook with a phone number...hence just using pinnacle is not enough.

btw, i would lose that bet if it is graded

i gotta be more careful making wagers on that site from now on,(getting a winning bet cancelled after the game is over is not fun...happened to me last time) this is not the first time they have the wrong team listed...sat and sunday are big days for soccer, so i guess one mistake is understandable.

that was good of them for cancelled your bet. when a bet is in they could say no, you can't cancel your bet. you should always check before you submit a bet. its like if you was at a racing track and you left the betting window you came back it to late. but if you was at the betting window you can replace your error you can cancel it then. will good luck

if i am playing at sportsbook.com or some shitty books, it is pretty much guranteed that they'll check the score then decide whether to cancel the wager.
