    Legit question for Pavy?
    Pavy
Why would you remove yourself from the SBR points system?
I think it's the single greatest thing a forum has done for it's
members. Think about it now, it has cost you plane fair too
Any poster can go a month saving pts and get a 100FP, for a lot
of these guys that's huge. Or if they have to gamble at least they
can even if it's only pts. I don't know about you but I have to take
my hat off to SBR for the point system the contest and the gifts....
oh yeah how can you leave out the BASH!
I'm not brown nosing here just paying due to SBR's great job and
thinking on the cutting edge of forums.

      Konck,

The only thing I did with my points was to donate them to charity (Haiti Relief Fund) and bought giftcards for a local charity. I was beating the pointsbook daily even with the horrible lines and never bought a single freeplay. So the points was just a hobby for me since I bet large amounts of money offshore.

Now the reason I opted out from the points program even though it hurts my charity work was to tell SBR that as a 3 year poster here who exclusively posts only here I don't need the daily free points to post. I will post here whether they offer free points or not. What I have also noticed the last month is I make more money now in my offshore accounts that all the point distractions are gone.

I'm grateful SBR offers the points for free for all the posters but at the same time I have never been a mooch in my life and will not bite the dangling carrot SBR is offering me to become what they want me to be. I'm independent and a rebel when cornered.

sounds stupid. Receiving 7 points a day makes you a slave to the man & not independent????

I think you might be reading a little too much into the points!!! They're for fun, to give the sponsors a shot at our business, to get some hats & t-shirts, etc...

But I respect your stance Mandella!

I thought it had more to do with a "if you don't like it post somewhere else" comment but what do I know (not much). I commend Pavy for taking a stance against the system

In a lot of way it is hard to argue with the 42 cents we receive daily that SBR owes us anything. Again, this site would be just as strong with no posters.

He was bluffing with a 10,8 off suit and got called by SBR holding the pocket rockets.

Ok thats cool....I know your a capper, good insights my views are not the same as yours on this though but I can respect that, Nice job on the charity work that was a good deed. See you in the sports book at the Nugget you were one of the ones that stayed and gambled. I hated seeing you not get airfare because of the pts, we have to many Fraudcappers your not one of them

Really? I was bluffing for the right to keep 7 daily points worth approximately 99c?

Like I said if you need points to post here you probably don't deserve to be here. I am here to post and have fun with my friends and I was posting here long before this place offered any points and butted heads with the administrators and mods many times.
