4 most that is true but not for phil ivey. There is a few reasons why...He has a large stake in full tilt poker and makes a ton of income from this monthly. Also even if he did get broke, the entire poker community would be lining up to stake him. (assuming he didn't lose his money via poker, but this is not likely given he is considered the best poker player in the world by most.)
On top of all this he doesn't seem to take to many hugely -ev gambles. When he plays crap he gets a very very close to neutral ev deal from the casinos since his wagers are so high and he is phil fukkin ivey.
