I've been recommending doing this for quite some time.

As is the case here, one is not getting a true +ev middle, but it provides a nice oppurtunity for posters to use their points that are better then most other ways......and many instances, makes ones points more valuable and also doesn't force a poster to join a sportsbook that he or she doesn't want to just so they can get a freeplay of some sorts.

i agree i like jj but he has made a lot of statements lately about you hurting the SBR book, all i was saying

I think doing a den +2.5 and oklahoma city -1.5 is a very small edge to where I think even in the long term you may not see any results from it. I think this type of methodical math based thinking can be a flaw in handicapping when thats 100% of your focus.

Only recommending doing this WITH SBR POINTS.


Laying -1.5 and taking +2.5 in the NBA is a longterm deathtrap............just mentioning that this is something many may want to do with their SBR POINTS.

With the pts, it can be +ev, or simply an EASIER way to use sbr points when you consider the intangibles............again, only a few here may want to consider this.

Not a paid poster, if I were, would have no problem stating such.

BetJamaica is closed overnight, so they were not able to adjust this line overnight for the fact that OKC played a 140-139 overtime game last night like the other books did. Even better, BJ usually doesn't transition to normal lines until around 9 AM ET
