I was told by a friend that yall would be able to help
And I appreciate any input and advice you have to offer.

Anyways, I recently attempted to cash out of BetJamaica and I received an email stating

Attached is the authorization update form needed for your account. Please complete the required info, sign it and send it back with copies of the credit card (front and back) and copy of your ID. Fax it back to 1-800-***-***8 or emailing it to banking@betjm.com. Once it has been completed we can proceed with your withdrawal request.

Is this normal in the industry? Any suggestions as to what to do?

um, yes. It's my first post.

Can I blank out any of the info? I don't think they need the security info on the card or my dl number.
