Did you see the guy squatting in the hallway as well? It was the most bizarre thing all weekend. I was walking to the elevator with my g/friend and she told me to look to the right and gave me a little nudge. I looked and there was some guy that was at the bash squatting in the corner with his sweats around his ankles and he was taking a dump. hotel rooms are for all eligible posters, so there's no limit. Even if you sign up on the last possible day for bash registration, you should still get one.
