need help funding a book with a credit card

what books or 3rd party sites allow funding by credit card? Also I've heard that some banks wont allow charges to a card by an online betting site, I use Chase and B of A would I be able to use either of those cards?

so hypothetically just for the sake of conversation of course, if I were to use a credit card to fund say....bet jamaica, the greek or intertops on a credit card, would I run into any problems
