I think they would have trouble registering as many had their full unmolested posting privileges hamstrung in some way. Don't know why they would want to anyhow, 'cept free stuff I guess, everyone likes free stuff.

Boner that's not true.

The people who left were displeased with the site in some way, but some of them were bash regulars. Bash regulars obviously formed some friendships/acquaintances at the previous events.

Displeasure with SBR doesn't mean you now dislike all the posters or something.

Maybe they'd come not to take advantage of any free stuff being offered, but to hang out with people they know.

Well, if they were going to go through to trouble of coming to Vegas to hang out with SBR folks, I don't know why they wouldn't just register here and stay at the Nugget for free... The whole "break-up" still seems silly to me.

I hope Jello and Mudcat come! Those are sharp dudes, and a hoot as well! If either of you are reading this, come to the Bash!

Each poster will have two chances to confirm their reservation as we move toward the booking process. If after two attempts we are unable to reach the poster, the reimbursement list will be bumped up a spot to include the next eligible poster.

Parties will be reached via e-mail to confirm their spots. Any questions regarding travel status can also be directed to SBRbash@sbrmarketing.com.

I have continued to post here despite restrictions placed on me, I ask a question as to my status because I have received NO official reason for any of the restrictions and it goes unanswered. As I said in my previous post I have been the first 2 would like to to feel welcomed if I showed. I was shown on one of loshak/Willie? video have chatted with Mr. D and others from SBR yet my post has gone unanswered either on the forum or via PM.

I have points to register despite not being given any for months now.

I don't think it's too much to ask for a clarification as to my status.

Bash reservations are only able to be made by posters that are eligible for SBR's loyalty points program. If you would like more information on what led to your point access being revoked, you may send an e-mail to forum@sbrforum.com.

Who is NOT eligible to attend? Banned posters; posters set to 'Restricted' status; posters that are no longer able to earn SBRpoints due to infractions committed.

So I'm #2 on the wait list for travel comp us to $300. So if there are 2 cancellations I just buy my airline ticket and bring the receipt to the BASH and I get reimbursed at the Bash?

Hi TheLock,

You're actually #1 on the waiting list now. We had a moderator register in the top 50 so that travel comp spot was freed up, and yes if someone cancels we would confirm with you that you were still set to attend. From there you would just provide the receipt for airline travel at the bash for the up to $300 comp.

You made around 200 posts in two years. I think there's a difference there.

As far as supposedly getting the short end, you can still make posts and if you're at 250 by the time you register, you're fine. In a month, you'll still be able to get a room.

What are you getting the short end on? Not getting travel comped? You're in the same position I am.
