I don't know much about how the TV rating system works but with a little research these bets look like easy winners
Peak number of viewers during Masters O/U 20.3..The highest ever for Masters was 15.8 when tiger won in 1997.
Viewers for final round O/U 14.9.Same here highest ever was 14.1 when tiger won in 1997.Tiger won't be in contention so no way they hit that number.

Tiger shoots 72 or higher -115

Tiger finishes 11th or worse 11/8

Mickelson has more birdies throughout the tourney than tiger +110

Yeah, the ratings bet is basically just betting whether Tiger will be in contention on Sunday or not. Although if he's still finishing up a decent round Thursday at 5:30pm-ish that would put up some big numbers.

Odds makers know the public thinks tiger is god on the golf course so they exaggerate the lines because the public will still bet him.Its not that I don't think he can win I just see more value on the other side of over adjusted lines.
