First time meeting THE GENERAL.....passed out drunk at LV airport

This must have been around 8 or so years ago.

Go to pick him and his buddy up at McCarren International Airport and guy is stone called drunk and passed out at the CINNABON eatery(his buddy was trying to feed him a roll and coffee).

Thought to myself, what kind of nut job is this that I will be hauling around.


First thing that came to my mind when he awoke was how much he resembled Larry Bird.


Turned out to be a great guy.


Oh and get this, after we reached our Green Valley Ranch destination, he was stumbling and mumbling getting out of the car and Dante slammed the car door on his fingers and guy went ballasitc.

That was such a good time, but a shaky start at best. Your driving and Dante trying to remove my hand from my body right off the plane had me more than slightly concerned. Today, looking back, like it was yesterday, it is a memory I feel blessed to have.
