Beckett didn't have a great year last year either. Especially against the Yankees.

Yankees make any pitcher in baseball look bad. Halladay was the only guy I can remember last year that could strike out the entire order.

Don't give up on Beckett yet. But definitely not a top 10 pitcher anymore.

It was like they said last night ... he has been dealing with back and shoulder problems the past couple of years. He's healthy again for the time being and looks to have command of 4 pitches. He used to be able to get a little more on the fastball but it's still 92-94.
