What should players do before contacting SBR about a dispute?

    What should players do before contacting SBR about a dispute?
    Telephone the sportsbook. I am amazed at how many "disputes" involve players who don't even bother calling the book. In about 90% of these cases, the problem goes away when the player calls.

    1. Call the book.
    2. Go to SBR without posting on the forum.
    3. If you still aren't satisfied then bring it to the forums.

      Thats the way I'd go about it as well.

      Most of the time books will listen to a players complaint and will usually resolve it before any other involvement is unnecessary.

        Also if the clerk on the phone can't or won't handle the complaint, ask to talk to a supervisor. If the super can't help you, explain that your next step is take the matter up with SBR. Often this helps when you're dealing with an A or B Book and you feel you're in the right. Basically like Raiders and BBD state, do everything you can first before bringing the matter here.
