I don't understand the excuse for not having 10 cent lines. We see him now advertising all over SBR, hosting a contest... why? I would assume to attract new customers. But then he offers double the tax to new players which will definitely steer a good amount elsewhere. Just a confusing approach in my opinion.

You will still keep your original clients whether or not new customers get 10 cent lines. Just keep on top of your shit and they will stay... not because they have edges on new players. Maybe some suckers feel they are real special with VIP advantages, but 10 cent lines are not an uncommon thing.
