Question regarding baseball run lines...

Hey guys what's doing well I was wondering if anyone can tell me much about run lines (+-1.5)

Is there much value? are they worth playing etc? Seems to be plenty of action on SBR Odds with run lines - sometimes more than money lines on some games.
