    A Matter of Taste
Ok so everyone's personal taste are different, that's one of the things that makes us unique and why McDonalds and Burger King as well as Coke and Pepsi have stayed in business as long as they have.

Sometimes we don't like something because we don't understand it. I have that problem with Fishhead. Ok, ok it's not that I don't like him I just completely don't get him. I mean I can't get my head around what he is all about.

Some people might feel the same way about JJ Gold but for me at least I understand him much better than I do Fishhead. Sometimes it feels like Fishhead sucks up in such an in your face manner that it's obvious he's being sacastic and then other times it looks like he's seeking approval. Maybe I am wrong it's just an observation.

Yesterday he wins POTM and it was pretty easy to see that the only reason he was awarded this award was because he signed up at Rebate Wager and made a couple threads about them.

From what I gather Fishhead is some sort of legend in the sports forums along the same lines but not on the same level as JJ. Monkey Focker was the only one I ever really noticed that had an actual problem with Fishhead so maybe I am in the minority in not understanding him.

If you are a Fishhead fan or admirer and you have a couple minutes to kill could you list some reasons for his appeal or maybe shed some light on what I am missing with him?

i dont have a problem with fishy, and he has been extremely nice to me as well. He has been around the game for quite awhile and has a pretty solid rep about it. Gotta respect that aspect. I like fishhead.

I don't know. Everyone around here, the old timers, claim what a sharp he is. That he is a professional gambler & only bets on sure things. He is a wealth of knowledge & invaluable to this forum. If so, why does he seldom give any plays? He seems like more of a shill for the books than anything. I really don't give a shit what he is, he seems like a pretty nice dude!

I personally do not care for his posts but overall he seems like a nice guy so I have no beef with him.

I never really try to generate opinions on people. And if I do, I try to give them a fresh start every so often. Fishler is the same way. Except Chi_archi, guy has used all his chances.

If he was sharp he would have remained anonymous instead of telling the world where he bets and what his bets are.

Agree, I never see him being mean or disrespectful to anyone. Not me anyway, and that is what matters.
