    VIP withdrawing bonus
    Hello Everyone,

New member first post full of rants. I signed up with VIP after speaking to three different advisors and confirming the bonus, rollover, deposit methods.

Initially i was told no max bonus, when i signed they changed their tone and informed me maximum bonus is $200 and finally when i deposited they deducted $100 from it no reasons given.

Needless to say i withdrew all my money without placing a single wager as this company cannot be trusted.

I have no other accounts with any of their sister companies either.

I just hope i receive my money which i have requested the withdrawal for , they said it will be processed within 5 hours.

I am not sure why they have been given Rating of "A" by SBR?? Their customer service is rubbish, their bonus god knows how they work out eligibility. Will update on payments soon

Forgot to mention this is the email that i received from them , after few hours of my registration
    Dear XXXX

Welcome to vip.com, we hope that you enjoy our highly esteemed Sportsbook, Casino and Horsebook which we have been offering since 1997! In recent months we have been subject to high risk from certain regions throughout the world, and due to this high risk we unfortunately have had to cut wagering limits for all players from these regions.

Your account has been set to the limits of $300 on side bets, $300 on totals, $300 on parlays, $300 on teasers and $300 on futures. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that these limits may cause you. After thirty days of active play, you may email us at linemanagement@book.com to have your limits reviewed. If you have any questions regarding your limits, please email us as well.

    Kind regards,

Odd that they would put in $100 at 10%. Did you also have an account at another VMS book? We could ask about their side but it may be a moot point since of a book does not honor a listed offer we ask that they cash the player out at no cost.

seriously Bill, what's the deal with all those "cashouts at no cost". this is a standard promotion that we see plenty of. it can't be treated as a "bad line". that's when it comes to "listed offers". but here, the playes asked, confirmed and reconfirmed personally many times.

as you may remember i was in similar situation last year. they did the same thing.

this is really odd, especially the fact that after all this SBR put a note on main page, that players need to confirm BEFORE depositing to avoid misunderstandings. well......

No, I am new to the US facing books so I do not have many accounts besides, Pinnacle,Greek,Carib. Are you saying that they will charge me for cash out because wouldnt that be grossly inappropriate for an "A" rated bookie

that is funny Maximus, not only they won't keep their promise to you, they would also charge you for a payout, if not for Bill to intervene.

It is indeed, now I have "0" balance in my account and no money has hit moneybookers, when interacting with livechat they are saying to contact them later as the pay out team is not in. They are pathetic, i seriously doubt the measure of SBR rating now.

No offence intented but this pathetic service on VIP's part who are highly rated
