I ****in hate the DMV with a passion. I haven't had a license for the past 2 years and it will be another 3 years until I get it back, I either have to take the train or risk it and drive to work, it sucks big time. It took me way longer than it should have to find a job because I had to find one I could work without having a valid license. Granted I deserved to lose my license for refusing to blow in the Breathalyzer and getting a DUI plus the fact I was driving with a suspended license but **** 5 years total is a little harsh IMO. This happened back in 2007 and the courts waited around 16 months to sentence me, so pretty much put my life on hold for a while.

tell me about it ice, im supposed to go back to work this week and most jobs i do require driving a company truck...thought i would have my hardship so i could drive at work and such but these fuks got me really jammed up now....gotta see my fukkin po Tuesday and she not gonna be happy if im not working (only reason i want a job) now dont know wtf im gonna do guess im walking to the nearest gas station and working the graveyard shift to shut her up and hopefully these fuks straighten this shit out .....i mean fine i didnt blow lost my license but there is a contingency plan for this (hardship license) but now after i get a sr-22, file there stupid ass paperwork, and sit around waiting they come back saying i got these fukkin unpaid tickets which is total crap as if i had a warrant out i would know quick like and the dui the only ticket ive had in the year and a half i been out....god these ppl suck now cant even try to handle it till Mon or whatever day they opened and after i get the ticket thing cleared up my guess is i gotta go through the same stupid process all over again

you do, so they wont charge you with a DUI, but they take your license for a year. If you blow you get a DUI on your record, a DUI fine, and lose your license. But drunk people think they aren't drunk so they blow

Now, if you blow & they charge you with DUI, if you can beat it in court you're fine! It's expensive as hell though, so you're still fuked. But good luck with that. I've got out of one a long time ago but I had a mafia lawyer!!!Those days are over, now Johnny Cochran re-incarnate couldn't get you out of one. you aint fukkin lying back in the day it wasnt shit now they locking ppl up for them....bet your ass you wont catch me drinking anything and driving anywhere got 2 and 3 is a felony plus im on parole anyway for some other shit so i get caught doing it im gone for sure ....just so wrong the limits so damn low you better not have drank anything and im sorry if this offends ppl or starts a argument but im perfectly capable of driving safely at much higher than what the current legal limit is, worst part is the 2 i have gotten in my life i was fine its the other times i skated by where i probably shouldnt have been behind the wheel ....but no matter that shit over everyone knows if i go anywhere they driving

i was stopped at 1 of those checkpoints where they got the little trailer set up and just process ppl right there cops were getting pissed because everyone they brought in i was telling not to blow, 1 poor smuck i kept warning him he went for it anyway blew a .09 and those jackasses loved that shit talking hella trash "ahhh so close" "you just missed it buddy" fukkin bitches were getting off on fukkin dudes life up....its so comical back in the day couldnt tell you how many times i was buzzed up and pulled over just to be let go now the field test doesnt mean shit because when they done with there little dog and pony show they breakin out the breathalyzer so save yourself the trouble and refuse the field test as well

I've been eligible to get mine back for over 2 years but just now took the DUI class. 3 hours a night, 4 nights a month. Finished Tuesday night. They make it so inconvenient.

I just called & paid $250 & they put me in a class. The instructor was a really hot bitch, a probation officer. She started to give me some shit like these other fuks in the class on the 2nd night. I said" look lady, I've been off probation for 3 years, I owe the sate of Tennessee zero & your ass even less. I paid my $250, now do your thing & get off my back or I'll have your job! You can have the $250, I'm losing $2500 right now in 2H plays!" She didn't as much as look me in the eye anymore

Lost my license for 6mo cause of some midomeanors in PA. Nearlly ruined my shit, I had to bum rides to work from everyone and their brother.
