It happens to me at least 3 times per week so I just have to remove all cookies and then everything works fine again, don't know what causes this to occur, just know its a pain in the ass.

I'm not the best with computers either Banker but I do know when I remove them, have done it numerous times just in the past month, all my saved info (passwords, logins, etc) were not affected but this might be because I have Norton and it has a system that automatically saves all this shit so you might want to layoff doing it until someone can confirm you won't lose your info.

Firefox is good but remember it's a smaller file and thus less secure than explorer. I know some use firefox and Chrome rather than explorer for the speed aspect but keep in mind, Explorer goes through many more saftey checks before opening a site.

Open an new explorer page, Click on tools at the top, then internet options and then click delete cookies. That should fix it.

Go to Tools then clear recent history.

I've been using Firefox without a problem all week so I think it's more than the browser.
