I really had to take a piss but I was really tired so I leaned my head against the cabinet door and started to release when I felt a shock go through my body and the hair on the top of my head stood up. Is this normal? Can I conduct electricity?

The human body is a great conductor of electricity. Sounds like you have a short somewhere near your cabinet.
