    Im icing my joints and covered in bengay
    in 3 hours i will be in the gym showing off my weightlifting skills in front the of the young crowd. Hope the gym is full of chicks with the word pink on there ass.

    I will be incline dumbell pressing 120's for 6 reps or more then curling 220 pounds for 2 reps.

    then ride the bike for about 30 min

      never been to a gym where incline pressing 120 dumbbells impresses anyone....never tried curling 220 but why not just make it 225 instead of that oddball number

        I could not have said it any better. Got damn wet, soggy joints make me angry! What pisses me off the most is that I can night light `em up anymore.

          incline dumbell pressing 120 pound dumbells is not the same as incline bench pressing 240 pounds. Its closer to 400 pounds . Most pro bodybuilders and some pro powerlifters can't do that and 230 is the state record in the curl. It might take me a year to go up to that if i even make the 220 pound curl.

                    actually yes i do and i typically use 100 pound dumbbells at 3 sets of 8 after im done with the flat bench ...so no 120 for 6 reps isnt that impressive to me

                      like i said i work out with 100 on a regular basis with inclined press and i cannot incline 400 on a regular bar incline hell i can only do about 345 flat on a reg bar also like i said ive never even tried to curl anywhere close to 220

                        lol the good ole 3 sets of 8, must mean 2 sets is not enough and 4 is too much. Think about it. Its easier to tell this to people that dont lift then ones that do.
                        Gym was empty, Its suppovely too hot outside to lift weights inside with air conditioning
