If the minutes are right & the hour is off figure out which time zone you are in & set it.

go to user control panel. Click on edit options I think it is. There you can set your time zone & probably has a setting for DST.

Yeah, I figured it out, auto DST isn't default, thanks though. I just felt it necessary to make a wisecrack as opposed to checking it out for myself. Sorry for the uproar.
