The "Zes" Formula for Baseball over/unders.... Can hit 76% ?

Am reading this on another forum The guy ays he added some baseball BA ERA's and more, and it is hitting 76%. Is that a good formula to follow? Ive never done baseball unders before, and am sure you professionals have heard of this formula. So is it a good tool to use?

I was looking at it and thinking of the JM Formula that claims to be like 90% or something around there they claim
