The "Zes" Formula for Baseball over/unders.... Can hit 76% ?

Am reading this on another forum The guy ays he added some baseball BA ERA's and more, and it is hitting 76%. He states he is continuing to run the stuff with the formula and it seems to be working well and he is not done yet. Here is the formula thing http://www.stat.ucla.edu/~davezes/Ze...anBaseball.pdf

Is that a good formula to follow? Ive never done baseball unders before, and am sure you professionals have heard of this formula. So is it a good tool to use?

I was looking at it and thinking of the JM Formula that claims to be like 90% or something around there they claim
