Usually no. You can buy points if your doing a teaser, but the smaller books won't always have that option, except for big games. Big books, i think always yes.

some of the posters are right - the more clueless you sound asking questions in a vegas sportsbook, the better chance they'll give you higher limits and better action. vegas sportsbooks are a bunch of pussies who are afraid of their own shadow
