    Mcnabb changing teams?
I just heard an interesting rumor on the pre game shows that the Bears would be interested in Mcnabb if he were to leave the Eagles next year.

    That would be interesting.

Lots of rumors flying around that story. I think playing for another team could maybe be what he needs right now with the way the Philly fans are giving him a hard time this year.

As long as Andy Reid is the coach & the team is in the playoff hunt, McNabb is going no where. By the way, how'd he look today?

        EP,
I agree that Reid and McNabb have been joined at the hip. But if McNabb is looking to move into that 15-18 million a year bracket, I could see the Eagles moving on without him.

The Eagles have a long history, at least during the Reid tenure, of deciding what a player is worth and not paying more than that.

I was waiting for someone to say McNabb , he should have skipped all that weak racist talk , any given sunday baby !!!
Your opponent can make you look baaaaaaaaad or great .
Lucky he got the Lions today . lo lo lo
Against the Skins he was garbage , just like he will be against other teams this year , other matchups to make him look bad >>> just like every other qb in the nfl .

If he internalizes criticism of his playing so much, and turns things into racial issues because of the pressure from the fans and media, something tells me Chicago isn't the place for him.

right now there is no QB in chicago so McNabb is welcome

Well he is in the 6th year now I believe of his 12 year, $115 million deal. Although as noted, the years on a deal mean very little some times. He makes about 8.8 mill this year and will step up to the high 9s in the next two seasons. The only way McNabb could ever command more than the assload he's making is if he won a Super Bowl. Otherwise, making close to $10 mill is pretty damn good. I'd say McNabb's future in Philly will likely be dictated by next season and not the current one because that is when he should be "fully" healthy from the ACL injury. If he's still capable of games like yesterday, Kolb will be a spectator for a bit. I really think asking Kolb to step in before his 3rd year in the league in this system is foolish.
