    Betphoenix Neteller Cashout
got a 50 usd freeplay from the SBR store and turned it into 140 and requested a neteller withdrawal today.
Customer Service told me they take 7-8 days to process the cashout and on top of that charge a 20 usd fee.
    what a fkn joke

betphoenix is in serious slow paying mode, they might be in trouble .

by the way pinnacle needs about 10 minutes until your neteller cashout is processed and you also get a free one each month.

Is wagerchief to follow? its funny because this family of books has had issue sports-1 was pushed hard they folded and were bailed by phoenix, then phoenix was pushed hard now they are folding, wagerchief currently be pushed as well as betmania....... would not be surprised to see them fold as well shortly

        i dont get it ,
last time i checked they did book to book transfers with matchbook,
now the only book they do transfers with is BETFIRSTCLASS; A BOOK WHICH IS RATED D BY SBR AND IS CURRENTLY IN NO PAY MODE.

i'm trying to get my money asap and i'm done with them then.

As I posted back in Feb, a number of books have followed the Phoenix model of big bonuses, high limits and square lines. All of them eventually fail. The only question is whether or not another book like CRIS will take over the balances. I've gotta believe they are getting sick of doing it.
