Problem Retrieving my Password?

I've changed my password days ago and then suddenly I forgot what was my password luckily I've had save it here into my pc that's why I can login automatically, but my problem was in sbrsports book I can't recall it. So I try to retrieve it thru sending it to my email 2 days of trying it with many attempts unfortunately, I don't receive any emails pertaining to retrieving my password. Does their anyone who has encounter this problem? I'm desperately wants to retrieve it, My points in the books. Any help are appreciated.

forum password is the exact same password for pointsbook

yea I know the problem is my session here in forum was saved if I log this out, that would be another problem I don't know if my mail provider is problem or the retrieve password of sbr.

since you are not receiving an email from SBR for a password retrieval, I would suggest just clicking on the pointsbook link and on the right hand side about midway down on the page you will see a help link, click it and it would automatically take you to live help and just ask them, they are very quick in live help, I've never had to wait more than a minute and they will take care of it and fix it for you.

please tell me that was not the first time you jumped on board with me? I have had 6 of 8 winning weeks, should have been 7 of 8 with being up close to 22 units heading into yesterday but took a shoot on Baylor and lost.
