learned you can't send more than 1 ** in the same day to a book(S).
i've never did it before , it has always been just one book i'm usually sending to.
but today i called 2 different books that i was wanting to deposit with. each gave me a receiver name and i went off to wally world.
after i had filled out each slip with the names and the amounts and sent them i realized i had mixed up which name went with which book, so my amounts i was sending to each were reversed. Well no big deal i thought, i'll just send another to that same person with a little more and then i'll have sent enough to get my bonus and ** charges reimbursed at the one book.
well that was a HUGE mistake. And on top of it both receivers who were from separate books were picking up from the same ** office. And apparently I can't be the sender to the same location more than once in a 24 hour period.
And on top of it the receiver i sent to twice can only be used once in a 24 hour period.
So i had a glorious afternoon going in and out of wally world and waiting in the CS line to try and cancel 2 of my **'s and get my money back.
It was alot of calling a book and calling **, going back to CS, back on the phone to **, back to CS, call the book back.
one giant headache,
but lesson learned.
