i know ALL about him. considering the shitty hires iowa has made, this might be the best one. siena plays a great style of ball and he can really coach.

Siena is generally always up tempo, usually a 3 guard line-up.

a GREAT coach will adjust to his talent, if it's best for iowa to play a slower grind it out gm in yr 1, then that's what he should do, you coach according to the personnel you inherit, until you get your own guys in there
