Most likely he will be #1 but sometimes a coach needs someone to fill a certain position and has a player that plays his position better than him. Also John Wall is not college material, book wise so it be pointless for him to stay in college. Unless he wants to win an NCAA champion which he can if he stays next year. He can be the number #1 pick this year till his four years of college.

The NBA should have some salary rule. If a player got his degree he should be paid a little extra. If pick #1 will get 1 million dollar with a degree he should get 1.5 million.

Wall is a good player with a lot of upside. He can work on his jumpshot in the NBA. When he does develop a decent jumpshot, combined with his passing and driving to the rim abilities, he will be a an NBA AllStar. He looks like a rough version of Rondo, IMO.
