I am waiting for a check to arrive since August 30 (I do live in Europe though). In the meantime I have sent 5 emails to their accounting department and got exactly 0 replies. In their livechat they keep distance and say they are not responsible for payments (????), but only to "assist" players (with depositing that probably is). They did agree to send a reminder to the accounting department to answer my emails, but still without result.
