if i had 2 guess, i woulda said 10-15%...and would say 30-35% literacy rate...i guess my view on haitians isnt very good.

very true, I would say that this lower rate might be due to the fact that they don't have much sex there.....

because they all smell like ass juice, according to some people that have been there...... if that is true, it would make sense that they don't have a lot of sex, because no one wants to get near anyone else for fear of the stench
