MLB: Is this the biggest favorite for a team to open the season??
Kershaw opened around -370...now anywhere from -330 to -360 in most books. Dog is over +300. I don't think i ever seen a team this big underdog/favorite to open the season?

There must be value in San Diego. Jansen was struggling in the spring and might take a few games to get in grove. Kershaw is Kershaw and did well in spring but so did Tanaka but again Kershaw is kershaw....we will see how his herniated disc holds up...in my opinion Kershaw won't pitch more than 160 innings this season. San Diego has decent hitting line up. If Dodgers goes into the 9th with save opportunity, i might live bet San diego....

San Diego has a triple a lineup and their opening day starter is a 5th starter most teams.

Facing a loaded offense and the best pitcher of our generation.

        Lay the juice.

I do not believe that value exist, when speculating on a singular event......but it does help that Kershaw will be on a pitch count. And did bet the Pods.

I have heard a couple times that San Diego could end up being the worst ever.

Of course value exists on singular events. If the true probabilty of the event is 90%, and they charge as if it was 80%, I generated value.

Yes this team will be terrible. Guys on here are so desperate to win they would lay it though.
