    Just a thought...
Have you ever spent countless hours in front of your computer screen trying to cap some games? Only to find your self in the same exact spot you started off when you turned on your computer?? Stupid question right.. Well have you ever thought about it a bit more? I mean at first, I thought this was a bad thing. Shit, I'd say to myself this just isnt for me. But the more I thought about it, I just wanted to lock up my money. Id spend and still do, countless hours capping games and will not pull the trigger till my mind is made up.
See the problem here is, those last few minutes after all that time I spend researching I'd rush a pick or two. I'm talking about rushing them as in my mind cant take one more number, not one more spread. and I just pull the trigger with a gut instinct.

Well, hundreds of dollars later, and a couple bottles of J.W. I think i found my cure. And ofcourse, what type of guy would i be if i didn't share this with the 200,000 other guys out there just like me.
Last week, to no surprise i find my self in the same predicament as i usually do. A full days worth of capping, on my way to the local bookie. i have a headche from capping and to top it off I'M STILL UNDECIDED. without any hint something told me not to take the i-95 exit towards to the book and continue str8 onto miami beach. BEST THING I COULDA EVER DONE.
I lit one up continued driving and just relaxed. to my luck, I'm a fisherman as well, no need to say how good the fishing is down here in south florida, especially this time of year the tarpon in government cut will start running any minute now. So I pull over take my old shitty 2 piece ugly stick that i have in the back for whenever i need a quick fix and start taking a few casts. To make a long story short I forgot why and how I ended up were I was at. My mind completely drifted away from all the games I was researching. Before i knew it i was out there for 1 hr and 10 min caught absolutely nothing but felt like a new person, better yet i felt like I had a new mind.

Guys i cannot stress how important this is..We tend to get our selfs caught up in our every day life style and don't give our selfs a break. A BREAK! thats all. thats what this thread revolves around. In my case, i lit one up and fished for a bit thats all I needed to reassess myself. thats all i needed to get my mind running at full throttle again. I'm sure in your case it'll be different, maybe you don't smoke or maybe you don't have waters to fish but you get the point.. The next time You see yourself burnt. dont stress yourself so much, take a break, im sure you have other hobbies other then sports betting or gambling right??!.... RIGHT!?!? lol..

What led me to write this thread was just that.. I needed a break, Ive been stuck all day on to throw the kings ML on my 4 team parlay or not. I gatta take the drive to the book now, n something tells me it wont be my first stop. lol...
Hope you guys enjoyed the quick read
    GoodLuck to you all..

The real meaning of the post was not lost on me but I wanted to add one thing capping related since it goes hand in hand with this type of situation for many new cappers. While your situation was different for many cappers when they spend hours and hours only to end up at the same point in which they started from it is because they didn't disconnect.

Many cappers never allow the information to weigh greater than their own predetermined notions. We HAVE to enter into the process completely unbiased or our reserch/capping will ultimately reflect it.

for the few of ya that took the time to read it, thanks.. WAL, that was my biggest problem when i started and no bull... i still suffer from it from time to time.. You know what im talking about, we have a good day lets say, up a few units early on, so we decide lets take a look at 2morows games, better yet a few day ahead, and we make our minds up that very same night and it carries along with us through out the next day.. In order to be good at this game your completely right, you've got to get that off your mind and think rationally. lately but NOT always, Ive caught my self thankfully and taken a 2nd look.. to my luck its after i read all the stuff ppl put on here.
Anyways done adding on to what you said..
but I though id be funny to mention, I did go with the kings. and as we all know they got spanked.. Lol, but in a weird way i'm happy for those scrubby ass nets.. they went out there and dominted every single qtr. they deserve the win.
