    Bwin - swindlers!
On September the 5 Juan Monaco was playing vs. Novak Djokovic.
I’ve made a live bet on the tie break of the 2nd set will end with 0-9 points. They have ended with 7-2. Bwin has calculated the bet and transferred money on my account.

But the next day when I entered the account I have surprisingly found the following result : 05.09.2007 0:45 - single.
Juan Monaco (Argentina)- Novak Djokovic (Serbia) . How many points will be played in the 3d set of tie break? 0-9 point -- 12 or more.

That meant that I’d lost my bet. So I wrote them an angry e-mail and have got the response of the following: "We have checked, unfortunately your bet was lost." And nothing more!

The guys have mistaken in one thing , they have forgotten to change the time. At that time no one was thinking of the tie-break in the 3d set. I've bet on tie break at 00.45, and at 00.58 I have made one more bet on the total of the 3d set will be more than 9.5 games.

How is it possible? We offer the tie break of the 3d set first and only then we accept bets for the total???
In addition I’ve sent them more than 10 e-mails but have not got a response.
And the money does not matter! The point is that they do what they want. And there is a direct evidence of fraud!

    Then the Bwin's answer was:

    "Dear Bwin customer,
    Thank you for your messages!

We are very sorry that we've delayed the payment of your winning.
This is to inform that your bet Juan Monaco (Argentina)- Novak Djokovic (Serbia), How many points will be played on the tie break in the 3d set, 0-9 points have been rated (calculated) and your winning of amount… was successfully transferred to your acc."

They have transferred the money I won, but they haven’t changed the result in my betting history.

The story goes on! In my next message I've explained that money was not a critical point for me. That my demand is to change the bet history and to find and punish the responsible persons. Their answer is below:

    "Dear Bwin customer,
    Thank you for your message!

We’ve paid you your money yesterday. The bet was made on the 3rd set and nobody had changed it.
If you are not satisfied with our web site or the services provided, you can close your acc by yourself or just send us letter of inquiry regarding its closing!
    Best Rerards,
    Bwin support service."

In liberal translation their letter mean that the bet was lost and we've paid you money to make you shut up. What great love to the clients! They do everything for them and even more, they pay for the bets that were lost.

    Rustkov,

I have a good relationship with Bwin, and will be happy to help you. If you like, send me your details at Justin@sportsbookreview.com.

Just so I understand... Do they currently owe you money, or did their "patch job" fix your balance?

Here a problem not in money, and in that that they have changed my bet!Especially surprisingly, the sum of the bet was small
They do not wish to recognize the fault.I wish to take away therefrom all my money.10 days ago I have ordered them to payment, but from bwin anything is not present.
Bwin - swindlers! I do bets already more than 7 years, but with substitution of the bet see for the first time

Rustkov, maybe I'm reading this wrong, but are you saying that they did eventually credit your balance with the winning wager? Because if so, isn't that all that really matters?

Yes, money they have enlisted on the account, but the bet in history of bets is shown as lost.... Money for the account they have enlisted only when I have started to write about it at forums and to give to them links. And now I wish to take away therefrom all my money, but they do not give money and letters do not answer.

to get things clear: if i understand correctly in the end bwin gave rustkov his money because he was obviously able to prove based on the timeframe of other related bets someone has tampered with his bet. other people betting on this match normally would not be so lucky.

so his topic is not so much about him being screwed, but bwin obviously changing bets at random after the bets have been placed, and in this very rare case rustkov being able to provide proof to back up his claim.

needless to say some very shady practice perhaps sbr should contact bwin about imo, if rustkovs story checks out that is.

Pay attention... The bet on total at 00-40 is accepted by 3-rd set >9,5....Even, if during this moment 9-th game was played, on 3 subsequent up to tie break of the third set it was necessary to spend no more than 5 minutes for the bet on thie break it is accepted at 00-45....
Further, all who observed game remember, that 1,02 on Jokovich, fallen ill in the beginning of the third set, there could be only right after victories over the second..... Further was already from 1,15
The bet on win Jokovich 1,02 at 00-52, right after tie-break the second set...
Well, and, at last, deification - at 00-58 the bet on total the third set more than 9,5

I write it not only to receive the money but also that you knew, that you there can deceive

                Rustkov,

thanks for your input. This just looks like a normal grading error that has been fixed.

No, it not a mistake! The bet has been calculated at once, after the termination of the second set! And next day there was a substitution of the bet! This swindle!
