He is single, and he hasn't been convicted of a single crime yet, so we can't call him a sexual predator or say that he thinks he is above the law.

Like many other athletes, he has a ton of money and a ton of opportunity to party and bang chicks. He is probably a decent guy, but he is hanging out with the wrong people and making poor decisions. Those guys he was with in Georgia were off duty cops. We all know what off duty cops are like for the most part. Obviously its a generalization but they are power hungry ass holes.

Almost every young, athletic guy I know has a large quantity of random sexual encounters during the year with women of all ages. Ben is no different, but as a public figure he needs to be much more careful.
