Request for Big Ben's DNA dropped

This is a good sign in his favor...It would be really hard to charge and convict a guy with no DNA and no witnesses in the bathroom...if anything it starts to make him look more believable since he stated from the start there was no sexual contact

If they had enough evidence to charge him without any DNA...the guy would have already been charged by now..

No DNA+ No witnesses= No charges
