Will Gilbert Arenas get jail time? No way, right?
Just saw article that prosecutors are seeking 3 months of jail time for Gilbert Arenas.

While part of me would like to see Arenas be in the clink for awhile, I think it would be better if Arenas did some community service type work where he could reach out to kids, etc.

    What do you think?

"Prosecutors also are seeking three years' probation and 300 hours of community service as part of the sentence, the newspaper reported. Arenas will be sentenced on Friday."

Heres what i would do if i was judge in case. If i havent seen arenas do anything positive until now (doesnt sound like he has) i would throw him in clink and then make him do the community service for the kids, etc

3 months and 1,000 hours community service sounds about right maybe 100 of those hours picking up trash by the highway or something

                    Didn't happen.

Even though someone is famous, remember that their previous record, OR LACK THEREOF, comes into play. Hell, a prosecutor and/or judge can get in trouble if they don't take it into consideration, besides making for a slam dunk appeal.
