With a good coach Cousins will be a beast. Has a lot more potential then the other 2.

Not taking John Wall with the 1st pick would be stupid. Don't over-think it.

I'm not saying that Evan Turner won't be a heck of an NBA player. All i know is that John Wall should be the first pick. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Have to take John Wall if you have the #1 pick. Turner is a close 2nd, then it's Cousins or Favors at #3. Wolves fan from Minnesota, Turner is a better fit but how can a team pass on the player with the most star potenital.

Turner projects to be a Pippen like player, surely nothing wrong with that. However Wall has been described by people who's opinion I respect as a transcendent talent that only comes a long every 5 years or so. Definitely have to take Wall.

Lance Stephenson by no means is a no. 1 overall but over time you will see he will be one of the best players from this draft. He was a pure winner in HS. He is a scorer. He can jump out of the gym and is strong as an OX. Ebanks will be a big talent in this draft.

Evan Turner's game is more suited for the league right now he is fundamentally sound pretty much he draws similarities to Brandon Roy somewhat, Wall really needs to stay an extra year.

If I needed a big man I would say Greg Monroe from Georgetown. Too many guards to choose from.

anyone who thinks John Wall will be a bust doesn't know much about NBA basketball. The chances of Wall being a bust are almost 0. Unless by bust you mean he doesn't reach Chris Paul or Derrick Rose status as some people are expecting. But if you think he won't be a very good NBA player, you're clueless. No offense to anyone, but John Wall, at worst, is going to play 30 minutes a game and be a starting point guard for the next decade, at worst.
If someone thinks he will be a bust, please PM me and i would be happy to work out some type of bet.

Lance stephenson could go anywhere from late 1st to not drafted. In high school he was a whiner and a malcontent. Always had a poor attitude and couldn't keep his composure when the pressure was on. Those are facts.

Depends on need....if you need a guard obviously you have a debate between these two guys but what if you are in need of a bigger body? I think Cousins makes more sense. What if you are in need of a 3/4 guy? Then I think you go with Wes Johnson......many variables people.

Wall is a good player right now, and will be good in the NBA, but he'll probably struggle his first year scoring the ball. He's a solid distributor though and a true point guard with Rose type skills (but def not as good as Rose). Turner is a 2guard or 3 in the nba. He's the complete package, he can score, assist, and rebound. I think he even averages more assists per game than Wall. He gets like 20 9 and 6. Those are Lebron type numbers. Turner is just more a playmaker than Wall. BTW, Turner is NOTHING like Beasely. Beasley was a PF in college and is a PF in the NBA with 3 point range. Turner has the ball in his hands the majority of the time and looks to make a play. Somehow, he's involved in most of his teams scoring.
If the Nets get the first pick, they're going to take Turner because Devin Harris is already an all-star caliber point guard and much better than Wall obviously. They need a 2 g and a 3. A team like Washington might take either, but probably Wall because he's a true point, and that's what they're lacking.

Stephenson should stay at Cincy for another year, he hasn't proved much this year.

I think Wall is overhyped really, I dont see a true point guard when I watch him, a couple years ago he would have been viewed as an undersized two guard. But with Tyreke Evans showing he can thrive at the point, he may be drafted as that guy who walks the ball up the court. Needs to improve his jump shot also.

I got Chad Ford of ESPN to respond to my comparison in his chat yesterday
Evan Turner is to John Wall as Brandon Roy is to Derrick Rose and he said it was a very good comparison.
Can't go wrong with either but the athleticism there is no question about where the smarts/all around guy has more of a chance of failure but at the same time I'd rather have Brandon Roy than Derrick Rose lol

Lance Stevenson is a fat roly poly. If you couldn't get in shape in college, no way will he be stud in the pros.
