I can log in to the sportsbook from my iPod, can't do the casino though...

Casino is flash, and iphones don't yet have that. I dont think any phones do.

I get into BetPhoenix pretty easily depends on what programming the website has.

You are probably being directed to the "mobile" version of the site. Try to navigate your way back to the standard SBR forum and you can log in to the book, but no casino yet.
