I haven't gotten it done in over 4 years. No insurance. Does the new bill give me dental?

i hadnt had it done it probably 6 years. Had it done a year ago & need to do it again. It seems like once they cleaned them they put something on them that shows every cigarette & coffee stain now. Its a fukin conspiracy. Now I have to do it yearly or my teeth look like I just ate a tootsie roll after about 14 months.

Twice a year but also use a Sonicare and floss at home. Your teeth are expensive so take good care of them.

Insurance pays for twice a year so thats what I do. They always try to upsell me into getting advanced cleaning for my gums. I did that once and came to the conclusion it was a ripoff. I brush and floss everyday.

Every six months. Come from a family of dentists and dental hygienists, never had to pay out of pocket for an exam in my life.

every 6 months - the one time I slacked for a few years, I had 3 or 4 cavities - but I eat ice cream almost every night
A whopping $85 for the year. Well worth it. It's not insurance, but it does save you a ton on everything needed.
If you want your teeth white, rinse with Listerine Whitening Plus Restoring mouth wash. The stuff tastes awful, but works incredible.

It had been 5-6 years at one time but I started going every 6 months around 8 years ago and have stuck to it. It has been hard but glad I am keeping up with it.

Have same toothbrush
I have gone every six months for as long as I can remember...Even if your teeth look good, you should go regularly to make sure you don't have gum disease. Pay $120 to keep them healthy and save yourself down the road.
