In general. systems do not really work. However, there are a few people that swear by them and wind up losing in the long run. Capping is always your best bet.

If you want to make some great $$, bet against the Yankees up till the AllStar game, then start banging the Yanks and you will come out ahead. I have done this for the last 5 years and it has made me a ton of money.

By the way, I hate the Yankess....go METS
