    5Dimes.com SCREWED me!
Hey all - I have been a member of the site for a long time, and always valued the insight and opinions of this forum. What prompted me to join is an expirience I had with 5dimes.com in their casino this past Friday:

First off, I have been gambling online for 20 years (I know I am old balls!!). I have NEVER had a dispute, problem, etc... with any of the sportsbooks I have used over the years. Also, just for frame of reference, I bet between $500 and $1,000 per event on average. Also, for reference I lose probably $40K per year betting sports. Obviously, I am not good at it, hell I suck balls! BUT, it is entertaining for me, I run a very successful business and can afford to lose what I play.

On Friday night March 19th, I was playing roulette in the 5dimes.com casino and after a few rolls of issue free roulette, I placed a $200 bet on EVEN outside. The ball comes down "20 Black". I am a winner... At least I should have been. Half way through the roll a window popped up and said "connection timed out, but quickly disappeared. After the winning number was announced my bet was taken, despite the fact that I placed a winning bet.

So after I spoke with a few 5dimes reps, I was finally asked to call back during business hours to speak with the GM, "Tony". I finally connected with Tony today. Tony's response was to call me a liar and to "enjoy the rest of March Madness because I am done with this". He went on to say a couple of other non-player facing/ignorant statements, which prompted me to tell him to suck my dick and exit the chat.

Now I can't blame him too much for his doubts, I fully realize there are a lot of scumbags out there looking for handouts, but given my consistent play with 5dimes.com and the fact I obviously don't really care about $200 (given my average wagers), you would think some considerations would have been made.

Take this for what it is worth. For me, I will never play with 5dimes.com again. Plain and simple. There are a lot of much better books out there. 5dimes.com is a good book but they have shown me they are not loyal to their customers and when push comes to shove, they don't value their customers.

Feel free to email with any questions.
